At Savilles Florist, our goal is to make the process of planning your event flowers as seamless and effortless as possible. We understand that events can be overwhelming, and we are here to ease the burden by providing exceptional service and flexibility every step of the way. Below are the different sections for you to review. Take a look at each section and when you are ready to secure your date and book with us, you can pay your initial deposit right online by paying below or make payments.

You would receive the flower cart, the flowers, the tools, and oasis foam for your containers. Included would be a free sample arrangement so your guests can replicate or make something similar to our design. We would do a mixture of flowers that fits within your price point and color scheme. Each person would receive a recipe that would guide them on how many flowers they would receive each.

We’ve provided a comparison of our three available bouquet sizes for your convenience. While our bouquets typically start at $15, we’re happy to offer flexible pricing tailored just for you. Each bouquet comes with kraft paper and finished with raffia tie to complete the look. Below is a rough mockup of what your aches would look like as far as color scheme and style. From our last time we spoke, you are still working on finding a church. If you do end up having the ceremony at the Admiral Room. These arches would be at the top of the stairs facing the ballroom. We would cover up the backside of the arch with greenery to hide the mechanics of how we attach the flowers.

Here is a picture of the arches, we reached out to the photographer to obtain photos of the arches at a better angle and quality. You can get an idea of the size and fullness of the flowers. We can also switch the arch sides, meaning if you want the taller one on the left side compared to the right side.
Depending on where the ceremony location is going to be, these can be transported for an additional cost if you need us to move them to the Admiral Room. This couple in the photo had the arches transferred from their outdoor ceremony to inside for a photo spot.
As discussed, the table arrangements would be 6 feet long at the $180 price point, this would be more greenery using a variety of flowers that match your color scheme used sporadicly throughout the garland to give it more of airy look.
For the garland featured below, it is a little bit more fuller compared to what we quoted you. If you like the fullness of this garland, the price would be roughly $60 per foot, so each table would be around $360 per table. If you opt for more greenery.
If you like the more airy look, with touches of flowers, we can stay at the $180 per table. ($30 per foot) Here is a picture of an example of a more airy garland with touches of flowers. The thickness (width) of the garland will also adjust the pricing as well.
Another option that is available is the rental of our boxwood wall with flowers at the top. Our boxwood wall is 100" wide x 80" tall. The flowers would get attached to the top. If you do have a neon sign we would be able to attach it the day of the event for you.
Using your flower inspiration the total cost for the rental of the wall and the flowers would be $1,000. You could use the wall during the ceremony as a backdrop instead of the arches or use it at the reception as a photo spot for guests.
Here is a mockup of the arches along with the pedestal arrangements that are mainly one sided. Keep in mind these are just rough mockups and can be adjusted. We will be using the color scheme that was discussed during the consultation.
The below image isn't too scale, but you can get a general idea of how the pedestals would look if you decided to go with the boxwood wall and we would change the flowers on top of the wall to match your color scheme. Personally, I love the boxwood wall as a photobooth area during the reception.

To secure your Event date, please make your initial deposit. This will secure your date and allow us to begin planning and designing the beautiful florals for your wedding. We require a 30% Deposit & Signed Contract to secure the date of your event with us.
